Banquet Server-ON CALL

The primary responsibilities of a Server are to provide uncompromising hospitality, providing our members with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious and friendly service. A professional Server will be thoroughly familiar with the product, table service, responsible bar/alcohol service, and sales techniques.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating clearly and effectively with members
   and co-workers
• Product knowledge
• Responsible bar/alcohol service
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Thanking and inviting the guests back
• Completing opening/closing procedures
• Ability to work banquets and large parties in bar and
   dining room


Seasonal Full Time

Dining Room Server

The primary responsibilities of a Server are to provide uncompromising hospitality, providing our members with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious and friendly service. A professional Server will be thoroughly familiar with the product, table service, responsible bar/alcohol service, and sales techniques.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating clearly and effectively with members
   and co-workers
• Product knowledge
• Responsible bar/alcohol service
• Suggestive selling techniques
• Entering order into P.O.S. system
• Timely product delivery
• Timely quality checks
• Prioritizing simultaneous service tasks
• Check presentation and reconciliation
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Thanking and inviting the guests back
• Completing opening / closing procedures
• Ability to work banquets and large parties in bar and
   dining room


SNACK BAR ATTENDANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock, prepare and serve food and beverage;
• Clock in and check in with supervisor on duty;
• Offer guests the highest quality service and product;
• Maintain cleanliness of snack bar, beverage carts and
   corresponding facilities at all times;
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and
   safety regulations;
• Knowledge of facility, menu prices, and hours of
   operation;
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional communication skills;
• Previous food and beverage experience helpful;
• Proven ability to function in high impact customer
   situations;
• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Must maintain clean, neat appearance and be
   organized;
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days including
   weekends, holidays and variable shift times.
